The warrant was first issued to Ballybofey, Co.Donegall in 1785, and worked there until 1815 when it was returned to Grand Lodge and remained dormant until it was issued to St Helen's Masonic Lodge No: 641,Belfast in June 1931. The lodge was named after the foundation masters residence, a house in Hollywood called St Helens which still stands today just below the police station.
The Lodge communications were held in a new purpose built hall, The Rosetta Masonic Hall, Park Road, Belfast which was opened in 1930.
